We recommend 3 or more 1/2 hour visits per week. Every visit makes a difference to your health and how you feel. Particularly when combined with healthier eating habits and a generally more active lifestyle. Where possible try to schedule regular visits of a lesser duration rather than occasional very long, strenuous sessions.
