About Joanna:

As an avid tennis player, Joanna represented Malaysia in the SE Asian Games in 1997 and the Federation Cup in 1999 before playing NCAA Division 1 Tennis for Chicago State University.
A certified Club Pro 1 Tennis Instructor and Squash Ontario Intermediate Instructor, Joanna continues to coach players in both sports.
Her true passion is squash and she is focused on developing junior and adult players at the grassroots and tournament levels. Joanna is currently ranked in the top 5 in Squash Ontario’s Women’s 35+.

About Ed:

Ed has been the Head Professional at Northfield since 1980. An active player in his own right, Ed has represented Canada at the World Team Championships in 1990 Glasgow, Scotland and 1993 Barcelona, Spain. He has also won several national & provincial doubles titles over the years.

With over 35 years of teaching experience, Ed heads up our very capable team of tennis instructors.

About Milan:

Milan has been teaching at Northfield since 2015. His passion is working with juniors competing on the OTA circuit and coaching them to the next level.
Milan also works with many adults new to tennis and helps them develop their technique and appreciation for the sport.

Tennis Programs

From the junior to adult player, beginner to seasoned competitor, we offer a range of programs lead by experienced pros, to get you involved immediately.
Adult programs are offered in 6-7 week segments. Junior programs are offered in 10-14 week segments and correspond with school terms.
